Central Health Manual Handling
The Central Health Manual Handling training team have developed a Manual Handling training package that can meet your individual manual handling requirements, delivered onsite, with free email support following the course.
The training days or 2-3 hourly sessions, are both informative and interactive, using different teaching tools, with a large practical element. By the end of the training session, participants will be aware of their legal responsibilities, have practical solutions on how to create a safer workplace and with use of risk assessment, know how to look after themselves and their colleagues.
The employer will receive a comprehensive written record of the course content, and information on hazards identified by the participants and participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
Trainers at Central Health are Chartered Physiotherapists with over 10 years of experience and members of the National Back Exchange.
Costs of Central-Health manual handling courses
Education seminars: £120 per hour
Pro Active WSAs: £120 per hour (4 assessments per hour)
Reactive WSAs: £150 per assessment
If there is a specific volume of work to be performed then we can offer ½ day or full day rates as follows.
Half day Rate: £360
Full day Rate: £575
