I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience treating patients with chronic pain conditions in both the NHS and private sectors. I have collaborated closely with medical and physiotherapy specialists to ensure optimal outcomes for patients managing chronic pain.
I also specialise in supporting individuals with a broad spectrum of psychological, medical, and neurodiverse conditions such as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, relationship difficulties, ASD, and ADHD. I address concurrent challenges, whether pre-existing or arising as a consequence of pain conditions, and tailor my interventions to the specific needs of each patient.

I am trained in various psychological approaches, including:
• Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Short- and Long-Term Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
